Use This Exercise:


  1. To prepare for constructive dialog about the issues that stand between you and the people in your life.
  2. To reflexively seek out and find graceful ways to settle conflicts, whether with other people or within yourself.
  3. To release yourself from beliefs which block personal growth, including self-doubt, denial, and illusion.
  4. To work out constructive ways of interacting with goals, for instance by finding positive motivation, rather than operating from feelings of shame.
